CARL HARTTER
BIOGRAPHY

Carl Hartter, 6th dan, has more than 30 years of experience in Shotokan karate. He is the Co-Director of the Central Illinois Shotokan Karate Association (CISKA), Chief Instructor and President of the Central Illinois Karate Association (CIKA), and a member of the Shihankai (Council of Masters) of the American Shotokan Karate Alliance (ASKA).

He is a former American JKA (AJKA) National Champion for Kumite, and is highly regarded for the strength and precision of his karate technique.
