When you subscribe to our monthly newsletter, we only require your e-mail address. You must double opt-in (respond to the confirmation e-mail) for your subscription to become active. When you place an order, whether online or off-line (telephone, fax, or postal mail), we require the following information which personally identifies you and which allows you to be personally contacted by us: your name, billing address (we use Address Verification Service on credit card orders to help prevent fraud), daytime telephone number(s), your credit card number, expiration date, your name exactly as it appears on your credit card, your card's CVN (or CVV or CVC - all the same thing), and your e-mail address. If you order off-line, you may elect to not provide us with your e-mail address. You may also elect, at any time, to provide us with other, additional information which personally identifies you. Pursuant to the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, Tamashii Press.com does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age.

We utilize a secure server for our shopping cart which is located under a different domain name ("aitsafe.com"). Aitsafe.com is secured using a Thawte Digital Certificate. This ensures that all sensitive information that you send to us will be encrypted. Our 128-bit secure server software (SSL) conforms to the latest standards, and encrypts all sensitive (credit card related) information that you input before you send it to us. Rest assured that only our authorized personnel have access to your information, and they abide by the privacy standards detailed here. 4.1 Secure Delivery of e-Books
Tamashii Press.com will contact you via e-mail within with download instructions for e-Books. We utilize a third-party provider (SendThisFile.com) for secure delivery of e-content, including e-books. SendThisFile enforces the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Section 512 ("DMCA"). They also guarantee not to use or distribute any of your personal information without your consent. 5. Updating and Changing Your Personal Information
You may contact our Customer Service Department by Visiting our Contact Us page and selecting Customer Service to update or change any of your personal information (especially your e-mail and postal mail address) that we have collected.

7. Information Automatically Logged
Our secure shopping cart records your IP address when you place an order. It is collected to protect you, as an additional security measure, in order to help prevent fraud. Also, you must have cookies enabled in order to use the cart because we do place a temporary (session only) cookie to keep track of the items you have placed in your cart. This cookie expires when you close your last browser window, or quit your browser. The shopping cart automatically times-out and resets after 30 minutes.
You can elect to have your name and address information saved as cookies by clicking the approproate checkbox in the shopping cart. FOR SECURITY REASONS, YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS NOT RETAINED IN THE COOKIE. Also, it is not a "tracking" cookie, so your web surfing history is priovate to you. This cookie will work not only at our website, but it will also work at any of the nearly 73,000 other websites that use our shopping cart system under the "aitsafe.com" domain. Those websites will only be able to view your name and address if you place an order with them - they can never get access to this information otherwise, because cookies are stored on YOUR computer, not our secure server.

We will not change the basic guidelines of this Privacy Policy (especially concerning the use of your information), however we reserve the right to update, amend, add to, or delete the language contained in any policy at any time. Changes will be made directly to this page and the date of those changes will be posted at, or near, the bottom of this page.
